1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about your refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately for a replacement.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or incorrect items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

4. How to Start a Return

2️⃣ Our team will provide return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the item back and provide the tracking number (if applicable).
